The Buffalo News has obtained a copy of what is known as a "fatality" report prepared by the New York State Office of Children and Family Services in the death of ten year old Abdifatah Mohamud.
The case workers in Erie county only do there jobs when u cuss them out....they tell lies n destroy lives I feel sorry for them when they meet their maker for all the lies that they have destroyed all the children that have been messed up throughout the years for mishandling a misrepresentation
