Bill Spotlights Medication Given to Texas Minors in Foster Care
Texas health agencies report more foster children take psychotropic medication than other children in Medicaid. Experts say foster care youth need it to deal with trauma and mental disorders.
This is a heartbreaking thread-topic on an obscure little site, IMO, but it seems to me to get to the point of what may appear to me to be 'profiteering' on, more so then, 'helping' the needing?

Keep in mind that, for me at least, this is a confusing little site that is not very well organized, making it difficult for even the best writers to stay on task. (*ie: For instance, the default sort order can be changed. I tried setting it at oldest to newest, so that a researcher might get the whole picture in chronological order for clarity.)

Through out the site, albeit scattered, there is a wealth of information on just that, WEALTH making via health care and/or tax funding; (I think this may be the case anyway, as often times, after reading that board, I also think that I must be the crazy one, as I can't figure out what motivates tax payers to keep footing the bills for this, and/or clients to keep popping the pills that may supplement/subsidize the business, and I especially don't understand the allowance of children to be force fed med.s against the parents wishes?
The question 'begs', almost literally;
"(Mental Health) What is Advocacy Alliance and Scranton Counseling involved in?". Posted on - Scranton Political Times @

Is it just me, or does the situation deserve exposure, investigation, and/or publication?
Respectfully,
Thank you for your time and attention considering this matter.
