Lawsuit revived over deadly blaze allegedly set by foster child

Child care agencies have an obligation to remove children who pose a danger to their foster family if the agencies have been put on notice, a New York appeals court ruled on Thursday, in a case that involved a deadly 1994 fire allegedly set by a 6-year-old child.

Perhaps if they had one of these really cool fire extinguishers, they wouldn't have lost their house.  Huh.
