Russia to uphold US adoption ban amid child abuse concerns
Russia has vowed to uphold its ban on Americans adopting Russian children as Moscow adopts a stronger stance against child abuse in the US.
Note: These are not real parents that they are talking about. But rather the wonderful people who adopt. Typically desperate to adopt infertile couples.
