Some people didn't make it out of 2012 without experiencing some type of personal catastrophic event (or, more accurately in this case, cascading series of events). Such is the case with comedian Katt Williams, who was arrested (again) on Friday, charged with suspicion of child endangerment. As TMZ reported, the arrest occurred just hours after media outlets reported that the "Kattpacalypse" star had been notified that the IRS had issued tax liens against the comic for over $4 million.
