A Kansas appellate panel acknowledged that two ex-foster parents had "suffered a devastating violation of their 14th Amendment rights," but ultimately sided with the social workers who removed the couple's would-be adopted son from their care.
That's some bull. These demons can do whatever and get away with it. Just like here in Michigan they took a couple kids away before the babies come out. They have been fighting for there kids to come home since may . And check this out when dhs come to the home for the other kids they had no orders or paper work.
