Soon their social workers will likely have pens that upload field notes as they are being written, databases using the most advanced archetectures (Th!nkmap), tablet computers for work and leisure, gift cards for expenses (classified as fringe benefits), all the while gov't expenses are tracked in random moment timestudy (RMS.

The social service legal models orginated in the UK, and were then studied, refined, and replicated worldwide.

When the statistics of prevailing parties in social service cases are revealed, how does the public judge the overall success, and therefore judgment, of social service agencies? How can the SS system be wrong when their statistics prove them the victor in case after case?

It would appear that India is hearing the outcry from millions of families destroyed by government child confiscation schemes, fron all around the world, from the UK, US, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, and many European countries. It would appear India is will be handling things differently.
