Caseworkers cannot revisit a family after case is closed, according to CPS spokesman
When Child Protective Services officials close a case, they also close the door on checking back in with the family to see if conditions are better.
Note: Bullshit, all they have to do is make a phone call to the hotline and they can invite themselves right back in.
