Sentencing set for sexual abuse of teenaged foster child
Superior Court Justice Meredith Donahue will sentence Robert Hornsburgh, 75, next Monday, Sept. 17, following his plea of guilty Tuesday to having had an illegal sexual relationship with a teenaged foster daughter in the 1970s.
