Legislators told centralized child abuse hotline is wrong answer

At times emotional and angry, more than a dozen Hoosiers told a legislative panel Wednesday that Indiana's centralized child abuse hotline is ineffective, dangerous and fails protect the state's most vulnerable citizens.
