Denver Human Services appeal wrongful-death lawsuit in Grafner's death
Attorneys argued Wednesday that two Denver County child-protection workers were not legally responsible for 7-year-old Chandler Grafner's care after he was placed in the home where he would eventually starve to death.
Attorneys argue the department is responsible, the department argues the social workers are responsible for this little boy's starvation and dehydration death while in care.
