6 Investigates: Foster Parent Accused of Injury to a Child
Police arrested a foster parent yesterday for allegedly causing serious injuries to a two-year-old girl a couple weeks ago. 46-year-old Irving Eugene Patrick is charged with injury to a child and is being held on a $175,000 bond.
