Five accused in Staten Island foster home beating that broke teen's arm
A group of teens ganged up on one of their housemates inside a Meiers Corners foster home Sunday afternoon, bludgeoning him with a wooden chair and a speaker, and slashing him with a screwdriver, police allege.
