CA SB 1476 Passes Assembly, Would Protect Children From Foster Care
It is always tragic when a the parents of a child cannot continue to raise her or him, and the child must go into the care of someone else, especially in cases where the child must be put into foster care. California Senator Mark Leno authored a bill to try and make it so that more children do not end up in foster care if there are alternatives.
