Adopted girl's socks drive in Vero Beach ensures kids in foster system don't have to wear plain white socks

When 11-year-old Leslie Moshman was in the foster care system in Texas, one of the things she hated most was wearing plain white socks.

Note: Um... Okay.  So the Child Protective Industry in Florida is too cheap to buy the kids socks now?  Perhaps if they get a few of those $1,000,000 fines under their belt... Oh wait, I forgot, that's for the system sucks.  Never mind.
