State announces drive for more foster families, lax parenting rules
The state Department of Children and Families announced a new initiative this morning to recruit 1,200 new foster families around the state and loosen parenting rules.
So basically a pervert can become a foster parent right. This just sets children up to have more hell in there life then what they need.
