Federal prosecutors have charged a fourth-grade teacher from Macomb County who also is a foster parent with possessing and receiving child pornography.
How in the hell do u look at a child and say I'm sexually aroused by them. Who does that ? Then got the nerve to half a foster child. I can't wrap my arms around this. It just plan crazy.
