Inspectors reveal 'serious concern' over children's care centre


A HEALTH Information and Quality Authority (Hiqa) report has identified “serious concerns” over the care being given to children living in a “shabby” Health Service Executive-operated residential centre.

    no change then.

    The main problem is- children get raped and abused in care in Ireland, but SS/HSE are the ones dealing with rape and abuse- not police/Gardai.

    As one barrister reminded me."we- HSE/SS do not take ourselves to court"

    So, the rapes are kept hidden still in 2012
