These ppl need to understand why children are running away. 1 reason if u come and take a child from it's home where there is love . And put them in a foster home where there is no love this is what happens. I mean I would run to. Its more harm then good n most or all cases. Can u picture the stress these children go through when they are taken away from there family with a blink of a eye. Its pure hell . Something needs to change soon!!!
