Protective Services workers in Calista Springer case immune from lawsuit, Michigan Court of Appeals rules

Two Child Protective Services workers can’t be sued in connection with the death of 16-year-old Calista Springer because they are government employees immune from civil action, the Michigan Court of Appeals has ruled.
