Child welfare officials say Texas boy kidnapped 8 years ago not yet ready to meet his parents
A Houston boy kidnapped eight years ago is still not ready to meet his parents after being in foster care since authorities found him in March, Texas child welfare officials said Wednesday during a court hearing.
Note: Not yet ready to know who his parents are? WTF? Would somebody please explain to me why
