Beware of fraudulent calls offering HHS grants
Deposits or other payments are never required to receive public assistance grants, and the state Department of Health and Human Services warns people to beware of callers who offer grants for a fee.
Note: They should learn to beware of fraudulent calls to the child abuse hotline. Huh.
