Consensus of law enforcement on single women is that we're all partyers. My apartment was cased with high beam flash lights for hours and when I had arrived home, I was served with two "loud party" notices, yet I have never had a loud party in my life. CPS had also taken my daughter and kept us from seeing each for 10 years, even though their report admits that I am "otherwise a good mother," and had quoted me when I had responded to their accusations of abuse as raising my daughter as a "Spock baby." Even when you're an excellent mother, CPS will ruin your loving relationships and family. When will the law realize that single parents are also loving and non-abusive families?
