Sperm donor who fathered 14 children ordered to cease and desist
The U.S. Food and Drug Administration have ordered a Fremont, California man who has fathered 14 children via sperm donation to cease and desist. The FDA says that 36-year-old Brent Arsenault is breaking the law, and is acting as a "manufacturer of human cells."
