Randy Kluge Arrested by FBI for ‘Custodial Interference’
Randy Kluge, one of the most vocal advocates for parental rights and non-custodial fathers, as well as an anti-CPS misconduct activist, has been arrested on an FBI warrant accusing him of “custodial interference,” according to friends and family on social media Web sites. Kluge’s wife said that he has been arrested by the FBI office in Chattanooga, Tennessee.
Hello this is Randy's wife Melissa, I want to give an update, he wan never arrested for anything to do with custody or children.

Randy was arrested for transporting an illegal alien across a state line sometime in Oct or Nov in 2007. They say he gave someone a ride from Fl.
This is not a major crime, worth three cars of FBI trashing my back door to get in when Randy want ed to see the warrant, he did unlock the door and was cooperative. Two FBI at his grandmothers in Florida and the same with his father here in TN.
What I find strange is that this happened last week, right after we found out that the adoption of the girls had been halted, some positive news about a removal of two people from their positions and he hired a new attorney to file a federal lawsuit.
The timing and the ridicules charges are all very suspect to me and to many others, to batter a door, tackle and abuse a man that was not fighting and to "hog tie" him for giving someone a ride four years ago?
Why do I fear for his safety? This is only in Florida( he has worked on fighting for our families world wide without ceasing) He has relentlessly fought to expose any form of corruption and in the process discovered more than he ever dreamed, for instance he recently found a copy of the training program to teach DCF works the way to work with Human Test Subjects, yes our children, you may have noted this is a hot topic right now.
He has brought out the corruption in several courts including the conflicts of interest with the judges themselves and business dealings.
Police agencies that do not require search warrants.
A huge possibly toxic dump site that is now an upper class neighborhood and golf course and none of the residence know what they are sitting on.
He has also started to inform anyone that he has contact with that if they do nothing then they shall be held liable for any actions or damages that may befall him do to the fact that they had information and refused to act.
And of course the huge lawsuit that we were filing against the state of Florida, and all of those people whom we hold liable.
Plus the FBI agent who transferred him called someone and told them they had a gift for them, when Randy ask if he was the gift they said yes. I am very afraid for Randy.

What can I do now? I ask that everyone keep praying. I ask that you please let those in power know that he is not forgotten and will not be swept under the rug of corruption and abuse.

I am asking a lot and this will bring any number of people into the spotlight of several government agencies. I ask that you protect yourself and your children first and then if you feel you can fight for a man who fights for everyone else everyday of his life with no compensation but the honor of doing the right thing and striving to be pleasing in the sight of the Lord by standing against evil in all forms, please fight.

hey melissa it's trevor,i heard everything that happened and i know for fact that he has done nothing wrong,he is an awesome father and has always treated people with upmost love..and he was awesome and fun to be around,i miss all of you alot and i will be praying everyday that justice comes to those corrupt fools!
ReplyDeleteRandy is being held in Lee County Jail. He was denied bond because a DCF attorney, Robin Jensen said she was afraid of Randy. I do not know what a DCF worker and his blogs have to do with a federal charge. But there it is DCF is behind this mess,surprised?

I am so sad to hear this story. I've seen family court corruption, and I have like your husband been surprised at the purelying evil minds that believe retaliating against a father trying to be present for his kids is ever justifiable
