Lawsuit seeks to stop welfare debt collection from children
The California Department of Social Services is facing a lawsuit for the way it's recovering some welfare debts. The state has been targeting children and forcing them to pay back money their parents owe.
Child don't owe money from them, they don't need to pay debt. I don't know why these debt collection firms collecting debt from children, they need to be stopped.
