Former state trooper convicted of sexual assault on foster kid

A former state trooper is scheduled to be sentenced January 19th, after a jury found him guilty of molesting a teenage foster child in his southern Wisconsin home. 49-year-old James Norquay was convicted in Green County of four felony child sexual assault charges, and two felony counts of incest.
