Family critical of CYF support
A Dunedin family say if something more had been done to help them with their troubled 14-year-old daughter a year ago, when they made their first pleas for help, her case might not be before the court and the girl on the run.
A child like this needs more help then her family can give her .She needs to be put somewhere where her behavior can be corrected .

"Legally kidnapped" is an intense term and I still don't quite get your purpose. Just a suggestion...
