CAS operations not 'business as usual' striking workers say
A union steward for striking Children's Aid Society workers says it's not "business as usual" at the agency as the strike approaches its sixth week.
"How can it be?" asked Deb Hatch. "You have 130 workers on strike and about 30 [managers] filling in."
