Martinez Sponsors Legislation to Streamline Child Abuse and Neglect Investigations

Governor Quinn signed legislation co-sponsored by State Senator Iris Y. Martinez (D-Chicago) that streamlines investigations in cases of child abuse and neglect in the Illinois Senate. Senate Bill 106 allows counselors, doctors, and other medical professionals to provide information to the Department of Children and Family Services (DCFS) during ongoing abuse or neglect cases without reasonable suspicion.

Note: Now there's a brilliant idea, let these frauds dig into your personal business without a warrant AND without reasonable suspicion.
