Child Protective Services ‘Traded’ Boy on Black Market
The Ellis County Observer is working with a family in a “surrounding state” to obtain documents and evidence that show their son, taken from them 18 years ago, was traded, sold and swapped on a “black market,” all under the guise of Child Protective Services.
