Goa NGO to inspect records of juveniles in foster care
In an interim decision, a division bench of Justice S C Dhamadhikari and Justice F M Reis said that NGO Stop Child Abuse Now (SCAN) may inspect records of Child Welfare Committee (CWC), a government run agency which deals with matters concerning children in need of care and protection.
