DCF uses Twitter to spread word about kids lingering in foster care system
Social media sites like Facebook and Twitter are often used to connect old friends.
Now, Twitter is connecting new families.
Note: I'll bet that lots of these kids could go home to their families. But they would loose out on the adoption bonus.
