I just want to take this opportunity to thank Florida's DCF for all of their hard work and dedication at providing a never ending stream of content to Legally Kidnapped over the last month or so by proving once and for all that these idiots can't get it right either way.
But I must also explain that the families of Florida are in great danger because as the pressure mounts on DCF, due to the growing number of failure to protect cases, the workers are going to get jumpy, they will re-enact the "Take The Child And Run" policy, snatch practically every kid they come into contact with, because if they don't and another kid known to the system dies, then DCF will open another internal investigation, hire more workers snatch more kids, etc.
You see folks, I think that they're grooming the public for an increase in removal rates. More kids in foster care is good for the economy. It gives the service providers a funding stream to go after.

Child protective investigator Andrea Fleary was the last of many people who failed Nubia and Victor Barahona. Though the Florida Department of Children and Families fired Ms. Fleary and her supervisor and reprimanded several other employees, the blame for DCF's failure to protect the twin siblings goes far beyond these few workers.
