Judge denies another delay in Girls Gone Wild trial

Judge Richard Smoak has had it with Joe Francis and his attempts to delay the civil trial brought by four anonymous women who say they were harmed when Girls Gone Wild film crews employed by Francis shot footage of them in various stages of undress.
