My 3 yr old daughter was taken to Pakistan from the UK in July 2009 by her mother who is not British and was also a deportee.i have a problem of getting my daughter back to the UK. i have been asked to to pay a ransom which i cant not afford or not to see my daughter ever again is there any justice out there,who do i tun to for help as she has a 4yr old brother who is in my my full time custody
