I am fighting for custody of my kids after my ex-wife falsely accused me of abuse. It has taken a long time but people are coming forward and stating that my oldest daughter told many of them her mom told her to lie or she would regret it.
CPS did not talk to any of these people. They did contact one person and one of the four allegations was overturned and another indicated. The CPS worker lied in her report and now I am finding ways to fight her lies as well.
All this after my ex falsely accused my 3 months before this and CPS interviewed the kids back then and nothing was founded.
