DCF To Conduct Internal Review Of Response To Twins' Abuse
The Florida Department of Children and Families will conduct an independent investigation in to the case of a girl found dead in a vehicle along Interstate 95 in West Palm Beach.
Note: Which will give them plenty of time to shred or alter documents that could be detrimental if and when any outsiders get a hold of the case.
