DCF Reports: Barahona Investigator Mishandled Other Cases

Last week, a 10-year-old girl was found dead in the back of her adoptive father's truck; her twin brother was found doused in chemicals, barely alive. It's a horrific end to years of abuse and neglect that could have been going on inside the Barahona home. Now, the spotlight is on the Department of Children and Families to figure out how this went undetected.
