Logan Marr's death leads to major changes in Maine
Monday marks the 10th anniversary of the death of Logan Marr, the 5-year old girl who died in the care of her foster mother, Sally Schofield. Schofield was convicted of manslaughter, but this tragedy also led to major changes in Maine's child welfare system.
