I usually refrain from posting videos like this. But I do agree with what he says about needing an aggressive advocate. Lawyers, however, are typically System Sucks. The longer they can drag it out, the more they make. It's not in their financial interest for these things to end quickly.

  1. Hiring private counsel was the best thing I could have done. I got a free interview and his payment terms were affordable. Much better than court appointed lawyer. Hopefully you never have to endure the emotional trauma a CPS investigation and filing bring about. I am happy to have had an aggressive lawyer who knows the Juvenile court system.
