Second victim surfaces in case against Juvenile Hall worker
Investigators said Friday that a second molestation victim has surfaced in the investigation of Contra Costa County juvenile hall worker Thomas Perez Jewell, who this week had federal child pornography charges added to the more than four-dozen charges he faces in the county.
