Man charged in Foster Families of America theft
A local man has been arrested on two counts of grand theft, one of which was from a nonprofit organization.
Officers arrested Larry Joe Able on Monday morning after they received a call about a suspicious person loitering in the 300 block of Main Street near several closed businesses.
