LA Audit Reveals “Inappropriate”, and Unnecessary Phone Charges Made by LA County Child Welfare Department.
The Los Angeles County child welfare department found themselves under scrutiny for phone charges for the year 2009. An audit report by the Los Angeles County Auditor – Controller, highlighted several instances of phone misuse and administrative neglect.
