'Dangerous precedent' set for child abuse cases

Note: Before you read this, please understand that sometimes I post things so that you will understand how the enemy thinks.

It is entirely possible that the judge took into consideration many different factors in this particular case. It is entirely possible that the sentence imposed in this particular case is fair and appropriate. Of course, it is also entirely possible that the judge was slipped a nice little envelope of cash or is doing a favor for a friend too. I don't know.

The point is that you shouldn't be so judgmental. Sadly, however, the System Sucks are judgmental and that is usually based on either opportunity or squat.

Therefore they need to go.
