Osborne Says Top Taxpayers to Lose U.K. Child Benefit

U.K. Chancellor of the Exchequer George Osborne said he’ll extend spending cuts to end child- benefit welfare payments for wealthier people, saving about 1 billion pounds ($1.6 billion) a year.
