I know exactly how you feel. We've complained multiple times, no one cares or listens. They say we have no basis, when they are the liars, the child stealers and the family destroyers.
It's hard to know when you can complain...if you can trust that worker or not...we complained to a worker at a different office than the one we had the problems with, and all we were told was that they didn't have access or authorization to look into the file from the other office, due to the fact that it was initiated at that other office....another line of BS in my books.
