Justice for gay father of twins from Indian surrogate mother
An Israeli gay father of twins born to an Indian surrogate mother may finally get justice with the Judicial ombudsman criticising a Jerusalem family court judge for "hurtful" behaviour in keeping the infants stranded in Mumbai.
