Will Charlie Crist appeal the gay adoption ruling?

The 3rd District Court of Appeals in Miami overturned Florida’s ban on gay adoption. This is a case I’ve written about. A gay Miami foster dad, Frank Gill, is trying to adopt two boys he rescued from crack-head parents.
