Judge refuses to end oversight of child welfare agency

A federal judge has rejected a request by Connecticut’s child welfare agency to end two decades of federal oversight.

Note: Not to state the obvious or anything, but this is because Connecticut DCF sucks at protecting children from abuse and neglect, and Connecticut DCF sucks at taking care of their foster children, most of whom are probably safer in their homes.
